and is fully and beautifully furnished. All floors in the
apartment are tiled or covered with laminate flooring.

The cozy living/dining room is furnished with a separate
seating area featuring a comfortable couch (1.60 x 2.00 m when extended) and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 2
chairs, and additional cabinets.

The cozy sunroom is furnished with a dining table, 2 chairs, and 1 bench
and offers a beautiful view of the garden.
