“Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

“Nice hotel in Gliwice center, warm atmosphere at the arrival, staff helpful and kind, spacious rooms. Great service of sauna (included but you have tò tell them, so they Will have time tò switched ON) and massages. Breakfast poor (for the price asked, 15 euro)”
