“The room smelled like cat pee. The property was littered with trash & dog feces. I left my nightgown but when I called back the desk said that housekeeping had not turned anything in to lost and found. I am certain nobody broke into my car, went thru my luggage and took only my nightgown.”

“The room was clean but this property is so sketchy and dirty. Dimly lit halls, dirty carpets in the halls. The price should be half what it is. ”

“We booked this hotel because it looked clean. It wasn't. It looked and smelled dingy. The bathroom was dirty, not sure if it had been cleaned. We ended leaving and staying at Crowne Plaza, which was a much nicer choice. ”
