“The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking because most of the equipment is old. The utensils were dirty, and there were no extra trash bags provided. They should invest a little more in updating the equipment and improving the bedding, as the polyester sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on.”

“The rooms were not cleaned, the sheets and blankets were not washed, carpets were dirty and stained, there was dog hair all over the couches and beds, there was trash under couches, beds, chairs, and dressers, the pots and pans were greasy and sticky, and the pillows were all stained and stiff.”
