The Alpine Oasis has a refreshingly modern vibe with vintage character. The main living area is a large open-concept feel that extends to the beautifully renovated kitchen. As you first walk in, you'll find a bench/ski rack/coat hooks to make it easy hitting the slopes extremely convenient!

Just outside the front door you'll find our favorite feature, the GAME ROOM! Here you'll find:
-A beautiful black-felt pool table
-A rustic bar and stools for relaxation
-Arcade console with more than 3000+ arcade games (including all of the favorite!)
-Poker table with chips and cards
-Shuffleboard
-Wall hook ring game
-Board games and cards

The back yard is the ultimate spa experience at The Alpine Oases. Here you'll find not only a 6-seater jacuzzi, but also a brand new 6-person cedar barrel sauna! With an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, propane heater, and comfortable couches, you will fall in love with this space.

Other things to note
Please note there is AC in the game room, but not in the house (most homes don't in Big Bear). It is usually not hot enough to be needed but we provide fans in case it gets a little warm

Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You will must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund:

1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the occupancy is (7) adults for The Alpine Oasis
2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars
3.) No amplified music 24/7
4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am.

*No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.

Please note: Big Bear is in the mountains. We do not frequently have issues, but sometimes there are power and/or wifi outages that affect the whole mountain. We do our absolute best to accommodate our wonderful guests but anything can happen. We appreciate your understanding.
