* On the main level, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed.

* Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: two with king beds for plenty of space and comfort, and one with a queen bed.

* For added fun and flexibility, the downstairs game room area has three sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Nestled in a prime location, this neighborhood called Heavenly Estates is just minutes from Snow Summit—perfect for skiing and snowboarding in the winter or mountain biking in the summer. Pine Knot Marina is also nearby, offering boat rentals, lake tours, and watersport activities for endless outdoor fun!

* Check-in: Starts at 4 PM at our office

* ID required at check-in from registered guest who made the booking

* Must be 25+ to book & check in

* Live check-in required for all Big Bear homes (includes signing the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy – takes just 5 minutes!)



📌 Important to Know

* Max Guests: 16

* Parking: 6 vehicles max per city rules (NO garage access, NO street parking). Violations may result in city fines enforced by the city.

* Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM

* No speakers or sound systems allowed outside

* No parties or events

* Indoor noise must not be heard beyond property lines

* Violations can result in fines up to $1,000 per incident by the City Code Enforcement
