  • This beautiful littile hide away cabin is offered to you by a sweet grandma. She would love for you to come and enjoy her old fashion cabin but it offers nothing but comfort and warmth. New tv’s for you to enjoy Netflix , Prime etc. Located at Walking distance from some fine restaurants, Mineshaft/Alpine Slide and snow tubing. Parking: 1 car garage and driveway. Laundry facilities. Every thing you need in a home away from home.

    This beautiful littile hide away cabin is offered to you by a sweet grandma. She would love for you to come and enjoy her old fashion cabin but it offers nothing but comfort and warmth. Walking distance from some fine restaurants and snow tubing.
    Has all you need to enjoy a quiet stay: Including Garage access, washer and dryer and Gas BBQ grill

    We welcome all our guest and will go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. We only ask for the following for you to have successful and memorable stay:
    Guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be present with a valid ID at check-in time.
    No Events
    5 Max Occupancy - 2 Max Vehicles: If over occupancy you run the risk of being evicted and No Refunds will be issued.
    NO PETS/NO SMOKING: If we discover there was a pet or smoking of any kind you will be charged an additonal $500.00 for cleaning.
    NOTE for any guest Checking in after 11:00 pm: There will be a Check in-fee of $ 50.00 cash due at check in time.
    Late Check outs are possible upon approval by management team.
    1 hour later check out : No fee
    2 hour later check out: Fee $50.00
    Check out instructions are posted in all cabins, please follow the instructions. If you have any questions regarding these instructions call the property manager.
    Please Do not re-arrange the furniture in the cabin, unplug any cables to the TV`s or remove the remotes.
    Remember you are visiting our beautiful mountains but we also have little critters who love to sneak in and warm up too. We do our best to remove cobwebs and small itsy bitsy spiders but we can`t control their sneaky ways.
    Please do not leave food outside for the bigger critters.
    Be Advised: During stormy and windy weather we can also lose power, which is completely out of our control.

Big Bear Cabin

I have been a quite a few VRBO units within the past year and overall, everything was as expected except the bathroom accommodations. The only restroom has a toilet without the min. required width space and is poorly designed, the shower unit isnt installed properly and leaks. Besides that, everything else is perfect. Didnt want to leave, its right around the corner from the attraction and in a nice neighborhood.

Good location

Overall the space was nice the living from furniture could be more comfortable. The house is close to the Village and the check in office way on the other side of town. It would’ve been nice to be able to leave the keys in a drop box on the property but instead I had to drive all the way to the other side of town just to return in the direction I came from. The house could’ve been better equipped with cleaning products like a broom and mop. Our 1 bathroom sink was clogged and they sent a plumber…he walked in with a miniature plunger said he couldn’t fix it and that was the end of that. It was a decent stay.

Family vacation

Some problems 1. Toilet has no pressure (clog) 2. Fans makes a lot of noise, especially from the game room and durty, 3, many ants around the house,. And 4, the shower leaking problem, I read rhe reviews with the same problems before, I bought a mop for water leaking. needs to put atention on this, but the house nice place
