Enjoy a fantastic day on the huge deck with spa overlooking one of the biggest fully fenced in back yards in Big Bear all with lake view. And at night walk to the village or light up the fireplace and play some games, watch some Netflix or just relax with a good book.
We are a 15 min walk to Big Bear Village w/ all the shops, restaurants and outdoor bars with music. Only a 5 min drive to the ski mountains and even closer to the lake. Two Dog Maximum.

The space
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people (4 adults max) & 2 cars. (Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.) Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no money back.

*** Peak Season CHECK IN / CHECK OUT INFO: December 1st to March 1st-Due to our hectic schedule during these winter months, the Check-Out time is 10 am the Check-In time is 4 pm. Unfortunately, early Check-In and late Check-Out times are not available during Peak Season, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

This charming 1,100 sq. ft. cabin has 1 level, 2 bedrooms, & 1.75 full bathrooms. Talmadge Cabin also has a wood-burning native rock fireplace, hot tub, lake views from the deck, & an incredible 10,500 sq. ft. yard that is perfect for snowplay in the winter! The kitchen is fully stocked, and our professional cleaning crew provides all bedding & linens. This retreat is the perfect getaway for family, friends, & even pets! Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room with washer & dryer, TV (Roku with Netflix), & gorgeous lake views.

* Living Room: This open-concept living room has a wood-burning native rock fireplace, TV (Amazon Fire TV with Netflix), ceiling fan, cozy sitting area, carpet floor, dual-pane windows, patio access, & charming rustic decor.

* Kitchen: Fully-stocked kitchen adjacent to Living Room with stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, gas range, adjacent dining area, hardwood floor, fridge with ice dispenser, toaster oven, granite counters, & updated cabinetry.

* Dining Area: Open-concept dining area adjacent to Kitchen with wood dining table (bar height) for 4, hardwood floor, & rustic decor.

* Bedroom #1: This primary bedroom suite has 1 king bed, a private ensuite full bathroom (Bathroom #1), carpet floor, TV, dresser, patio access, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, & beautiful lake views.

* Bathroom #1: Full bathroom with shower, bathtub, granite counters, tile floor, & updated cabinetry.

* Bedroom #2: Bedroom with a queen bed, carpet floor, & rustic decor.

* Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with shower, granite counters, updated cabinetry, & tile floor.

* Patio: Big 10,500 sq. ft. lot with a snow play yard, and lake views. The deck features a hot tub, outdoor dining table for 6, & gas grill.

CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is ONE (1) camera facing the front entrance and driveway for your safety. It is connected 24/7 during your stay and does record video and sound for 30 seconds upon motion. This is nothing we monitor but do check if you or our neighbors report any issues to us. Tampering with, covering or disabling this device is a $250 fine we will collect thru Resolution Center. Camera is on 24/7.

We also have a Minut decibel meter outside on the back deck. Minut is 100% privacy compliant- and cannot record conversations- it only reports noise levels so we have proof in case neighbors or Code Enforcement makes a complaint.
