The Lakefront Estate is newly remodeled and includes 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 full bathrooms, 2,250 sq. ft indoor living plus 2,000 sq. ft lakefront patio, hot tub, boat dock, fire pit, BBQ, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax.

The space:
-The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, full private bathroom, and TV.

-The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, shared full bathroom with Bunk Bed Room, and TV.

-The Bunk Bed Room has four single sized Bunk beds and shared bathroom with Queen Bedroom.

-The Living Room has a full entertainment center with TV and stereo system, and ample seating and couches to relax.

-The Dining Room has a table to seat eight guests.

-The Wet Bar is located in the corner of the Living Room, as you walk outside to the Lakeview Patio.

-The 2,000sq ft. outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a private dock on Boulder Bay on Big Bear Lake.

The dock and Boulder Bay currently are 8'+ deep, and is accessable by boat. Two kayaks are available for use on the dock.

Firewood included. TV includes cable TV, dvd, netflix, disney plus etc

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend with 4 adults and 3 children (11,11 and 13 years old) and a small dog. Perfect size house for our group. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great location/view on the water with its own dock and water toys. Kids loved fishing from the dock and the paddle boat. They caught multiple fish using the paddle boat. Hot tub and fire pit were also great at night. Everyone had a good time and we would definitely stay here again.

Corey provided exceptional hospitality, extending a warm welcome to my son upon his arrival. He thoroughly oriented them to the property, detailing the house features and available amenities. Corey demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and understanding when addressing any concerns that arose. My family and I created cherished memories in his home that will undoubtedly last a lifetime for my children and grandchildren. We are truly grateful for Corey's efforts. The exquisite backyard was a standout feature, offering a perfect setting. The inclusion of extras such as the kayak, paddle boat, and paddleboard further enhanced our experience.

Beautiful home and fantastic location. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the incredible view. They care about even the little things...

Great property, would definitely stay here again. There is a private dock you can fish, swim, or boat off of. Beautiful decor, very mountain-esque, but everything was updated, kitchen and bathroooms. They even have the good kind of toilet paper, the bath towels were soft, and they left us ingredients to make smores in their fire pit, which I thought was a nice touch. It's also pretty much ADA compliant - all bedrooms are on the first floor and there was a little rampway to get onto the porch and into the house. There was a little bump to get over, but a regular wheel chair should be able to get over it pretty easily. (The walkway to the dock has stairs tho.) Owner/manager and Jim were all very nice and easy to get in touch with. Great place overall!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The patio is amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside during the day, sitting in the spa, and the outdoor fire pit was delightful. The house was equally lovely. Well appointed and comfortable. Great living room with a fireplace which came with loads of wood.

The owner was kind enough to OFFER early check in and late check out, only problem he didn’t tell the property manager. Around 12pm on check out day, the Manager knocked on door but he popped open the window that’s on the door.l ( creepy and rude) he was upset that we were still at the property and I explained that I had emails from Cory. I feel the manager is not properly taking care of the property because there is multiple things that are hazardous. The deck has a missing board and unfortunately my moms leg went through it and Got a big bruise ( there’s video) the shower door shattered over my sister and cut her in multiple areas we had to call the FIRE DEPT.

Boulder Bay Boaters

It had been too long since we took the boat out. We wanted the convenience of a home on the water with a private slip. Cory's place filled the bill for the eight of us. It makes a huge difference when you don't have to drive to the marina at 6:00 A.M. The driveway is large enough to keep the boat trailer on the property, which is also a huge plus. The large dining table is great for board games. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next season.

Our favorite Big Bear Rental!

This was our 4th summer in Big Bear and is our favorite rental by far! Really appreciated the extra beach towels, smores supplies, fishing gear, and kayaks. Amazing views and incredibly easy access to the water.

Family vacation

The house is very spacious and accommodating. Had our grandchildren there and they had a blast. Having the boat dock for our boat was perfect. I can only say one bummer thing is I wished there was a a couple comfy seats on the patio other than the chairs around the table. The wood Adirondacks have had it and we’re not nice to sit in. Great place to paddle board and kayak from also.

Incredible cabin, great fun for family.

A beautiful cabin right on the lakeside. The host always keeps the place well furnished, clean and warm. We got a little snow on the last day and the host was so kind in accommodating us thru that somewhat heavy storm. You'll have so much fun here with your family or friends. Thanks again Kyle for a wonderful stay.

Lake view home

Great long weekend in beautiful home on Boulder Bay. Beautiful deck with fire pit and jacuzzi . Ducks greeting in am. Across the lake Boulder bay park view. Walking distance to town. House has everything we needed. Would love to come back❤️

Beautiful lake house

Beautiful place for a family stay! Everything real close by, and every detail listed about property is on point. We had a blast catching fish, taking out kayaks, and just watching the stars by fire pit. I am real grateful and thankful for the opportunity to stay here and make new family memories here.

Enjoyable Weekend

The property was huge, would have fit up to 8 very comfortably and 10 comfortably. There was enough room for the pen we take to hold our dogs when we are out without them so it didn't get in the way. The house was clean and well stocked, the location was excellent, right on the water. Would be happy to stay there again.

Perfect!!

Boulder Bay is a great neighborhood. The house was perfect for us! Just 3 old friends taking a vacation and having the best time! We were thrilled with the house AND the outdoor patio. 2 kayaks were supplied and enjoyed! The house was very well equipped! We found every kitchen item we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked. Hot tub was ready for us when we arrived. Cory and Jim met us at the house when we arrived. We didn't have to go to an office in town. Nice and convenient after a long drive. Cory was immediately responsive to a text. We would all stay there again! Thank you Cory!!
