Less than a mile downhill walk to the Village shops, restaurants and entertainment, the walk back is uphill and moderately steep.

Comfort Notes
Portable air conditioning up stairs plus ceiling and floor fans throughout the cabin. Big Bears summer evenings are typically cool and comfortable.

All guests are required to sign the Good Neighbor Policy and Tenant Agreement per City of Big Bear Lake regulations at least 48 hours before arrival.

ust a quick heads-up: while we always want your stay to be perfect, refunds can’t be offered for things outside our control—like weather (snow… or no snow!) or any unexpected power or internet outages outages from local utility providers. Also, as part of the mountain experience, you may occasionally see a few local “visitors” (think ants, spiders, or other critters). While the home is professionally cleaned and well cared for, nature sometimes sneaks in—no refunds will be issued for these encounters.
