Check in instructions were never sent. Was not able to stay at accommodation. Terrible customer service all around. Would highly advise against staying here.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Village & the Lake. The unit itself is in need of some repairs/updating. No bath towels provided, luckily I brought my own. Coffee maker, coffee filters & coffee provided, but nothing to drink coffee out of. Bathroom in need of attention - hole in wall where towel rack used to hang, cracked door frame, toilet runs unless you turn off the water in between uses.

My room wasn’t ready!

They told me my room would be ready at 5PM and I showed up and they weren’t ready after waiting all day and then I text host and no response! No fair they want us to check out on time but they didn’t have our room on time. I left

No towels upon arrival and needed to shower which we had to wait a bit over an hour. Bathtub floor dirty and overall not the cleanest. FYI, Hot water for one shower or take quick ones. Intro message through Vrbo could've been a little more descriptive.

Some thing bugs need to be fixed

Cabin 5 needs a new towel holder in the bathroom, it had been ripped out and the quick fix of the bathroom door doesn’t look great. The toilet runs all the time so you hear it through the night. We have always loved cozy hallow but it seems the maintenance is a bit lax.

Where do I start. Hot tub was shut down by the city due to dirty water. The play area is unsafe for any kids. The BBQ pits are filled with trash. The room had a dirty pillow in the drawer along with dirty pants. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom. That’s that they had cleaned the room according to the maintenance crew. The toilet water valve was shut off because water kept running. The bathroom feels as if you’re going to fall through from how much it shakes. Wholes in the wall. The only way to communicate with the property is via email so don’t try the phone number because it doesn’t work. And to top it off they wanted to charge me additional fee since I had my dogs with me. However no where on Expedia booking does it mention an additional fee but since there were multiple issues with the room they waved the fee. The maintenance crew seemed semi suspicious since they look like they are just people that live there. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here until it’s completely remodeled under new owners. The only plus is that it’s so close to the Village. So it’s unfortunate that the condition of this property is terrible. There’s more about this place that was so wrong but I’ll leave it at that.

The place was dirty and there is a plywood board patch in the restroom. The TV did not work and the grounds are dirty. Very disappointed.

You can gear all the conversation going and the music from 9-11:30. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Left a message.

Very disappointed

Check in was at 1. We got the code to enter the rental and it hadn’t been cleaned yet . E-mailed host who apologized and said someone would be there at 5. We had a dog with us and it was raining so we had to sit inside a dirty place waiting. Cleaning man showed up with a trash bag of clean sheets . He left no shampoo and soap. The place was falling apart. No lamp shade on lamp, no trash can to throw our trash away. A toilet was sitting in the snow outside by ourdoor. Trash was piled up with raw meat laying in the snow in the childrens playground we booked 2 days but went home the next morning. It was just to Disgusting.
