Questo è uno studio, immerso nelle montagne di Big Bear, con vista su una varietà di pini e foreste. Luogo perfetto per R & R e entrare in contatto con la natura. Circondati di aria fresca e suoni della foresta. Questo è uno studio al piano inferiore con ingresso indipendente, completamente privato. La cucina è completa di piano cottura, forno a microonde, piccolo frigorifero / congelatore, tostapane, caffettiera, pentole, padelle, stoviglie e posate. Angolo notte con letto matrimoniale con tende per la privacy. Un letto singolo, bagno completo, lettore DVD, cavo e WiFi. Barbecue e salottino sul piccolo ponte. Lo studio si trova a 4. 5 miglia a Big Bear Lake, 4 miglia a Snow Summit e 5 miglia a Bear Mountain Ski Resort; 5. 5 miglia a The Village (negozi, ristoranti, caffè, gelati); 5 miglia a Bear Mountain Golf Course e Big Bear Alpine Zoo; 1. 9 miglia a Big Bear Speedway e Snow Play; mezzo miglio al mercato comunitario. Great location

A perfect little studio for a couple or single person who doesn’t need anything big with any amenities you need for a stay in big bear with a perfect location that isn’t too far from any of your desired activities

Pleasant Stay

During my 2-night stay, I appreciated how clean and comfortable the Studio was. Everything worked well, and communicating with the owners was very easy. The location is away from the traffic and congestion, yet conveniently close to the amenities people most often experience.

This was a really nice stay. However it did feel like we were in their basement. And I was unaware it was a studio cabin that was part of their house. Nice area and close to the slopes over all good and size was not bad. Easily fits 4 friends but not that private. Nice owners!

This place is very comfy and inviting. It’s cute and a perfect getaway! I loved how it has a little kitchen with all the basic amenities for cooking. The view was wonderful and the stars were incredible! It’s a short drive to the lake and center of town. I really appreciated how the owners had a little stack of menus for the local restaurants and activities available in town. The only cons were the parking (it was a little small and the road is too small to park on the street) and the stairs (they were a little narrow and trying to haul my luggage up/down was a little tight. I’m not sure how it would be in the winter with snow.) Those we’re not not deal breakers in any way. It would have been nice to bring my little dog because she would’ve loved it up at the lake as well. Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back!

Great Little Place to Stay with a Small Family

My fiance, my 7 years old daughter, and I stayed during the president's day weekend in 2021. The place was the same as the pictures, clean, and comfortable. My daughter loved the place! We would like to stay again when we visit Big Bear. Close to ski resorts, stores, and restaurants. Recommended.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

The property was as described. Very clean, easy to find and in a quiet area. We would highly recommend it for a couple wanting a good value in that location. Owners, Laura & Jim, were very courteous & helpful.

Peaceful and relaxing

Jim and Laura are very nice and have a very quaint peaceful studio. It was in the perfect location with everything we could need included in the reservation. I would highly recommend others to stay here and we plan on revisiting here again in the future!

Cozy and Clean cabin!

The cabin felt a bit larger than what we expected from the pictures. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The recliner couch is SO much COMFORTABLE! Great stay in Big Bear in the local part of town yet close to the slopes!

Cozy, comfortable & clean

Me and my husband really loved this little quaint place. It was easy to find and get into to. It was very clean when we arrived as well. I appreciated that it came stocked even with little things like salt, pepper, garlic powder and things like this. While it’s 10-15 minutes away from the village area we really enjoyed the quiet!

Best anniversary trip we've been in

The location is in walking distance from the community market. You can literally walk down for supplies and cook some delicious food in there cozy kitchen. They helped us anyway they could and the view from the cabin is to die for! cannot recommend it enough!

Escape the Busy Life

What a wonderful place to stay! Thanks to Jim and Laura for creating a quiet nook to hibernate from the busy life. Spent my Memorial Day weekend in the studio Jim and Laura offer and could not have had a better time. Everything I needed was provided. This was my first time in Big Bear, I can't wait to return. Even with the many visitors Big Bear had over the holiday weekend, Jim and Laura's place offered a quiet retreat that I was very thankful to rest each night after enjoying the great outdoors. I highly recommend this place for those like me, who need to escape when city life becomes a bit too much. Hope to book again in the future! Many thanks again to Jim and Laura. Rolf.

Excellent time!! All the comforts of home. We will definitely be coming back!

For my girlfriend and myself, it was perfect! It is a great home base for a weekend or week in the mountains. Very comfortable clean and cozy. No issues. Location is great. Just a couple of minutes from ski resorts without the hotel atmosphere. It feels like you are living in the mountains- which we loved. We will look at the availability for this place before we look at any others. :)

Comfortable and inviting

The place is perfect for two or three. More of a couples getaway. The owners are very accommodating, very clean, and quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped with the bare essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the studio is inviting. Only 15 min drive from their shopping and restaurant area. Just a little thing that might be nice is put a fan in there for the summer stays. Recommend for a nice couple get away. Thank you!

This cabin isn't a single cabin it's apart of their home. The studio is basically their basement. It's nice inside, but if privacy is something you're looking for then it won't be found here. The owners bedroom is directly above the room. You can hear them walking around & it feels as if they can hear you. I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched the whole time. This cabins maximum is 4 people so if you're thinking of bringing a group of friends here then it isn't a good idea. I had to be asked to talk to the owners durning my stay for having over the maximum amount of people & for the music being too loud. The music wasn't blasting it's just the fact that their room is directly above the room. If you're even thinking of just going with your significant other I don't even think it's comfortable enough to get intimate with them considering the circumstances. I would say this place is somewhere to go if you're going to be busy for a couple days & you just need somewhere to sleep. otherwise I would find somewhere with more privacy.

I took my 2 young daughters for a trip back to nature, and we were very comfortable getting cozied up in the studio at the end of the day. It had all the conveniences inside we needed, and all the serenity outside just a stone's throw away. Jim and Laura are wonderful hosts that provided information on local dining options, as well as where to find more hiking and fishing choices.
