Terrible customer service
The property was already doing construction on the pool
Yet only notified us that the swim portion of this "swim club" a day and a half in advance
We did not have enough time to replace this hotel as we were already traveling
The least off the hotel could have done was give us a partial refund
Especially since it was very very hot in Big Bear during our stay
All they offered was if we decided to ever come back we could get a percentage off. That doesn't help the one day we had to stay in Big Bear
The positives the room is nice. The bathroom needed updating but the room was decent
The negative. There's no outdoor space other than the parking lot
There's no nice seating area
The pool wasn't available. The jacuzzi wasn't available, so if you're not sitting in your room, there's no actual amenities or anything else to enjoy of the hotel
The hallways just smelt like cat litter. I'm allergic to cats. I didn't know this ahead of time that there were cats
I think the website and Expedia need to just give quest 100 accurate information so we can make a decision on where to stay
