The cabin is lovely and perfect size for 3 people and our dogs. The dog friendly aspect of the property was the highlight-they loved the enclosed yard! It looks as it does in the photos, however, things like the carpet and furniture were a little dingy and could use some detailed care (for example one of the dining table chairs was broken and not useable). Our main suggestion would be to put more lighting and extension cords upstairs! There was an overhead light in the main bedroom that didnt work, even when plugged in, and only one light in the smaller bedroom. More places to be able to plug in phones, etc upstairs would make the stay excellent! I would recommend for a cute, cozy, and quiet dog friendly Big Bear cabin :)

Nice Big Bear Cabin

Everything was fine for my stay. The cabin was what you would expect for Big Bear. It isn't super nice or new but it is what you would expect for the price range. They check in process was really easy, so that is a plus. The only thing to be aware of is that this isn't really a two bedroom. There is one actually bedroom on the second floor and the loft is set up as the master bedroom, which is sort of partitioned off with a curtan. It was not a problem for me, but it does not really provide any privacy.
