Una casa a un piano completamente ristrutturata si trova su una strada alberata ea soli tre isolati da Snow Summit Resort, a pochi passi dal villaggio e dal lago per attività tutto l'anno. Goditi la comodità di una casa su un unico livello senza gradini da salire, tutte le camere da letto su un unico livello e una cabina doccia!

La casa è arredata con gusto con mobili aggiornati e materassi nuovi di zecca per il vostro divertimento e comfort. Ottima opzione per gli ospiti che cercano una casa senza scale (un piccolo gradino nella casa / 4 gradini a terra nel cortile sul retro dal ponte rialzato). Nella zona del cortile apprezzerai la fossa a ferro di cavallo, il cortile completamente recintato e le aree salotto sul ponte, nonché la vasca idromassaggio e il barbecue propano.

I pavimenti in legno aprono l'ampia sala grande per intrattenere e radunare. Rilassarsi davanti al camino in mattoni. La cucina vanta bellissimi mobili da cucina rustici in legno di ontano con ripiani in granito unici e unici, il mare selvaggio di Verde che è stato scavato dall'oceano. Tutti i nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

Al di fuori dell'area della camera familiare troverete tutte e quattro le camere da letto nella casa. Il primo, a sinistra ha un letto king size, il secondo ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli, il terzo ha una regina e un gemello e la suite principale ha un re.

Una nuova sala giochi è stata recentemente completata con TV via cavo e un nuovo tavolo da biliardo per offrire una seconda area di intrattenimento.

Altre caratteristiche distintive di questa casa includono una veranda coperta coperta, grondaie, ampia passerella pavimentata e numerosi parcheggi.  Arredamento moderno in stile rustico, caratteristiche e accessori migliorati in tutta la casa. Questa casa non deluderà il viaggiatore più esigente.

Nota: per feste più grandi, noleggia questo e Hawks Nest proprio accanto.

Family Getaway

A group of 8 of us met at this lovely home for a short getaway and snowboarding trip. The photos in the listing are very accurate. The location was close enough to walk to Snow Summit (we took the shuttle there and walked back). This home was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool table and board games. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the enclosed backyard.

Fabulous stay!

I can’t say enough about how great our trip was. We had six adults, age 40 to 80, and two children, age 3 and 7, and a pug. The house is laid out perfectly. The game room is actually what used to be the garage. It is located on one end of the house. Kitchen/living/dining in the middle. Four bedrooms all in a row down the hallway. The kids were able to be in bed but adults could stay up, tv, games, etc. The fenced in yard was great for both kids and our dog. We used the hot tub on the back deck everyday. The street has full size pine trees, very quiet. You’re 5 minutes away from snow summit. About a 20 minute walk into town or very quick drive. Also could walk to some of the hiking trails running begins snow summit. Literally everything we could have hoped for. It made for an excellent vacation! Also, shout out to Bella at Big Bear Destinations for being so communicative and helpful, and getting us into the house early! We would without a doubt rent this house again! The perfect mountain/lake/sking/himing/winter/NYE vacation for our family

the potential is there, property management co killing them

The house is fine, pictures are accurate, beds comfortable. location is great too. The check in process with big bear and the property management company was terrible, They make you feel like you're a criminal trying to buy a gun. A lot of personal questions and photos needed to book, I felt very uncomfortable. Also very stingy on towels, soap, laundry soap, paper towels and funny enough not 1 cup in the house besides coffee mugs and massive assortment of alcohol glasses. in the end I wouldn't stay here again due to the property management, I think most of our complaints could be tracked back to them and not the home owners, I think to make the property better they need more towels so you dont have to do laundry every day, add some regular cups in the kitchen. get a tv in the master bigger than 12 in's and fix the horrible shower in the master (way too hard to explain but 7 people ended up just using the other shower which sucked)

Friendsgiving in the Coziest Big Bear House

Came for a weekend with 6 adults and our twins and toddler & could not be more pleased! The backyard was perfect for the little ones. They loved playing with rocks and just running around the trees. The fireplace and couches were heavenly- makes me want to buy the same couches for our home! TV was great, kitchen perfect, game room- fun! Bedrooms were a good size, too. Definitely adding Thai house to our favorites. Would love to come back again!

Fall break in Big Bear

Overall the house was great. Accommodations were excellent. Lots of options for play if you never wanted to leave the home. Due to the recent Line Fire some of our plans changed but the town of Big Bear had a lot to offer.

Girls Trip

Great trip! We were in Big Bear for a wedding and made it a girls weekend. We needed a 1 level, easy access home for grandma and this home was perfect. Super clean and had every kitchen utensil or small appliance you could think of. Instant pot to an air fryer. The game room and backyard were great and we loved feeding the blue jays. Everything was labeled and well stocked. Easy access to BB Blvd. and close to everything. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to others.

Great except one room was unusable

Everything was great except for one key issue. One of the bedrooms had a strong smell of stain/varnish and was unusable. The smell lasted our entire trip. I ended up sleeping on the couch and was not able to get adequate rest.

Location is great, house is spacious and has plenty of beds and fenced in yard was great for our pup. Check in process was easy and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home

My friends and I had a great stay here. We got to enjoy the backyard and jacuzzi as well as the fun game room. Would definitely return and stay at this location. Comfortable beds too! We didn’t get beach towels in addition to regular shower towels for the jacuzzi. We had to use one towel for both.

Something for Everyone

This is a great property. We stayed as a family with ages 16 months to 65 years and everyone enjoyed their stay - including the grand dog. The owners thought of everything. The property was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the tools you could need from beautiful glasses, coffee makers, and an air fryer to a high chair. The game room was amazing. The pool table was in good condition and they supplied an endless number of indoor and outdoor games. Speaking of outdoors...the backyard is fully fenced and fabulous. I would recommend this home without hesitation.

Fits everyone needs

Awesome place. Super convenient for everyone. It was walking distance to the slopes and tons of games and activities for those interested in staying inside. Overall it met everyone’s needs. In addition they were extremely accommodating with checking in early and checking out late for us. We all really enjoyed our time!

Fun getaway

We stayed for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend. The reclining couches were comfortable. The house was well stocked, but if there were dish towels, they were well hidden. The yard was big, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was in a convenient location. The Village is about a mile away, which was a nice walk. The kids had fun playing pool, my dad enjoyed the hot tub, and we all appreciated the assortment of Keurig coffees.
