Big Hill Springs Provincial Park: Tour e Visite Guidate

Clean and spacious room, right location, closer to restaurants and most of the tour pick ups, great staffs

Started out at check in with the man ahead of us stating he had no shower for 3 days . The man at the front desk was not pleasant or empathetic. To be honest he was rude . We asked to hold our luggage until check in and he rolled it into a breakfast room unattended . I questioned it and he said it was fine however I told him there were 3 young men hanging out in the room alone with our luggage !! I locked the important bags in the car instead. The room was extremely dated not a $500 a night room by ANY means!!! The furniture and carpet in our room was not in good shape at all and very dated . The coffee machine was great however there was no plug in with room even close so I had to set it on a table by the couch to use it . I would definitely look for another hotel for the cost it was worthy of a 200 a night stay at most.
