It was a good stay very quiet place, had a little issue at the end and needed to cut the trip shorter but the owner was gracious and helped make things right. Beautiful stay, small and quant. Location was great. There is no stove do brought my air fryer and crock pot for meals.

Host was very accommodating and readily available. Cabin was clean and cozy with some extra amenities not listed on the site which was appreciated. Instructions for checkout were clear. Neighborhood was super quiet. Didn't bring pets but it looked like it was pet-friendly.

Stayed with my family of 5, husband , 2 adults boys and our dog.The home was clean and well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, soap, shampoo etc.Lots of different board games to play with and a working record player .The fire pit was a nice bonus to sit around .Communication with the owner was terrific . Close drive to Phoenecia and Woodstock.

My family enjoyed a relaxing extended weekend stay. Cabin is in an awesome location, close proximity to NY28. Property is on a dead end block which offers lots of privacy, with the tranquil sound of the creek in the background. We look forward to returning soon.

A Wonderful Getaway

Brook & Franz were both GREAT!!! Very welcoming and friendly as well as excellent communicators when needed. The place is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was exactly what my wife & I were looking for: a quiet place away from the city. The sleep out there is so peaceful and tranquil, especially the fact that the cabin is just a few feet from the creek which was heavenly to relax our feet.We will definitely be back at some point in the future!!!
