“Homeless guy sleeping in the lobby and staff refused to address it. Meth head zombie outside the room window walking back and forth. Requested a different room on the second floor which didn’t have outlet covers, a hair drier, or an iron but it did have a plunger in a gross plastic bag in the corner of the bathroom. Air conditioner controls were all busted out and didn’t work. Lobby carpet needed to be despirately cleaned. The breakfast was ok though.”

“Very nice hotel with large and very clean rooms. They also offer a free shuttle from the airport and a continental breakfast is included. Completely satisfactory. Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”

“Room was clean, greeted upon arrival with kindness and attentiveness. The room was pleasantly sound. It is an older building with older trim, but has been kept clean. It does NOT smell like an older hotel. Pleasantly surprised to find our room with a kitchenette. Being an Alaskan and seeing what’s becoming of downtown, I felt safe here at Voyager. We parked our car outside on the side street and it was safe and unbothered. Location is ideal within walking distance of shopping and dining.”
