“Need graphic bars in the tub/shower. Hard to get in and out.”

“The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

“this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend.”

“The place is an absolute dump. Checked-in and checkout soon after. The elevator smelled, the hall way smelled, there’s a fan in the wall between the bedroom and living room seemingly to pull the cool air from the ac in the front room into the room. The sleeper couch was dirty so definitely wasn’t going to utilize it. The Formica on some of the counter was peeling and sharp to the edge. “The room was amazing!! We arrived early and they checked us in. The Staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a map of places to eat which was very helpful. The Breakfast was unbelievable!! They had waffles, quiche, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissant with egg, Canadian bacon and cheese, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt and many other things. We definitely will stay there again. It's a beautiful clean property.”

“The location is in the middle of a subdivision. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area but not walkable. About a 15/20 minute uber/lyft from the Sanford airport.”
