“The staff was vey helpful. The room is compact, with a complete renovation. However the door didn't seal properly and a cold wind came through that the room heater could not keep up with. There was also no heat in the bathroom. It is ok for an inexpensive 1 night stay, but not for a longer stay”

“WORST hotel to stay at so please do not waste your time or money!! Right off the bat noticed the carpet was disgusting, oil stains, toothpicks, paperclips and garbage it was definitely not cleaned. The shower had bugs in it!! There was a huge screw sticking out which you cannot see where the step was to go to the main area and restroom, my boyfriend and I both ended up stepping on it let staff know and they brushed it off (thats a big lawsuit waiting to happen) we should've had two sets of...

“We had a nice clean double queen room and everything else was fine. The one item we were disappointed with was that all of the movie stations on the TV were in Spanish with English subtitles. Since we don’t speak Spanish and at 85 years of age have poor eyesight we couldn’t watch any movies and we had hoped to do that in the two evenings we stayed. It made for a very boring night experience. ”

“Room was outdated and unclean. Lots of missing caulking and chipping of paint. Did not feel comfortable sleeping with the bedding, old and outdated”

“Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. The attendant was not on duty when I arrived and was away from the front desk. When he arrived he gave me a key that didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and he wasn’t there. Finally he showed up and re-keyed the card. The door still wouldn’t open. The attendant said the battery for the door lock was dead. He installed a new battery and the key worked. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this casino/resort. The resort was clean. The rooms were updated. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the sports book, the restaurants, and the bowling alley. Not to mention a brand new pool and hot tub.”
