Cowboy Heaven Cabin 15 Derringer

Questa cabina accogliente e indipendente con vista sulla cima del mondo e incredibile accesso diretto alle piste, è il punto di partenza perfetto per le tue avventure alpine.  Annidato accanto al Powder River Run in alto sul lato Moonlight di Lone Mountain, 15 Derringer è perfetto per le famiglie, una coppia di coppie in vacanza o alcuni amici.  Notevolmente diversa dalla Cowboy Heaven Cabin di serie, questa abitazione con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stata completamente ristrutturata e trasformata in uno chalet di lusso con comfort moderni.  Hai bisogno di ricaricare? Rilassati e goditi tutto dalla tua vasca idromassaggio panoramica sul ponte anteriore. Un vero ski-in / ski-out con panorami inimmaginabili delle Cime Spagnole, questa proprietà unica nel suo genere è il tuo bellissimo campo base per il divertimento e i ricordi del Montana, e sicuramente ti riporterà stagione dopo stagione.

* Si prega di notare che questa casa fa parte del Moonlight Club, un club privato nel bacino Moonlight. Pertanto, hai la possibilità di acquistare l'abbonamento ospite opzionale per la durata del tuo soggiorno.
Tutti i costi di iscrizione degli ospiti sono a carico del locatario / ospite.
Se scegli di non acquistare l'abbonamento ospite, non avrai accesso ai servizi (piscina, sala da pranzo, bar o aree comuni Lodge) al Moonlight Lodge o Ulery's Lake Camp (spiaggia sabbiosa, canoe, paddle board, ecc.) .
L'uso dell'unica lounge per i membri del Moonlight Lodge non è incluso nell'iscrizione degli ospiti.

Non ci sarà accesso ai servizi del Moonlight Club prima del 15 dicembre. Le date di apertura estiva per il club non sono state rilasciate, ma sono in genere intorno al 25 giugno.  Si prega di notare che l'unica lounge per i membri all'interno del Moonlight Lodge NON è accessibile agli ospiti dei membri.

Accesso agli sci: gli impianti di risalita Iron Horse e Pony Express apriranno il 9 dicembre. Moonlight Lodge e il resto degli impianti di risalita Moonlight dovrebbero aprire il 15 dicembre.
Lo sci dentro e fuori è adatto a tutti i livelli di sciatori e snowboarder.
Sciare:
Esci dalla porta sulla pista di accesso curata. Questo si collega con Gambler Access che ti porterà direttamente al Moonlight Lodge e alla seggiovia Ironhorse. (Accesso verde)
Ski In:
Powder River attraverso il tunnel degli sciatori, svoltare a destra e attraversare il primo ponte degli sciatori e sciare fino alla porta. (Accesso verde)

Nice cabin for the family

Almost everything was as described. The only thing to be aware of is there is small incline at the end of the trail for ski in. The trail leaves you about 3 cabins short and you have to huff and puff up to get to your cabin. Skiing out is easy though as its all downhill. Also, they had someone come and clean the snow off of our deck and hot tub cover each morning.I would certainly stay here again.

Truly Ski In Ski Out

This cabin is in a perfect location. The views of Lone Peak and surrounding mountains are incredible. This was our first trip to big sky. We have skied throughout UT and CO. We have stayed at other places listed as ski in ski out but involved long hikes or confusing directions. At this cabin you step off the deck strap skis on, make a right hand turn and you are headed to the lift. I was a little worried about finding our way back at the end of the day but that was also as easy as can be. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and perfect for a family ski trip.

Cowboy Take Me Home

Second time staying at 15 Derringer and you can’t beat the breathtaking views and the ski-in/ski-out! The cabin is clean and cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is amazing and so easy to use. We love this place and hope to come back a third time soon!

Great little cabin!

Cute little cabin with great views! Would definitely stay there again! It’s roughly six miles up the mountain but the views are worth it. Property was very clean and well maintained. Also stocked with everything you need. They even have a crockpot for you to use! The stove is amazing! We cooked breakfast every morning and a few dinners while we were there. The only con would be the very small master bathroom. Other than that this cabin was amazing!

Quiet Cabin with Incredible Views

My wife and I needed a quiet week alone in nature, to recharge and rejuvenate - this cozy cabin and its surroundings DID NOT disappoint! While the cabin is surrounded by other cabins - we never felt like we had neighbors. The deck and hot-tub is where we spent hours, having coffee and the occasional adult beverage. It was perfect, for what we needed. The views of the surrounding mountains were idyllic and made us want to come back again. The cabin furnishings were upscale and appropriate, however the bedding/linens felt dated and worn in comparison. Overall - a fantastic property and we hope to be back again.

Beautiful cabin

We loved our stay! We loved the location close to the slopes. The fireplace and hot tub kept us warm when we were done skiing! Perfect for a family trip or one with friends.

Loved the cabin

We loved the cabin. It was clean had everything we needed. We were hoping for an early check in, on holiday weekend and management went out of their way to communicate and made sure it could happen. Much appreciated. Can't wait to go back.

CHECK-IN

We received three different ways to check-in (two in the same communication). One spoke of a key code and in the same communication referenced a lock-box. The other communication talked of a garage code (there was no garage). There turned out to be a lock box, but the communications were confusing at best. Otherwise, clean, great views and well stocked. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful cabin with all the bells and whistles!!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend at Big Sky. Easy check in on the Ipad and don't forget to explore on the Ipad. It had wonderful suggested activities, restaurants, etc. on it. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. Thanks for that! All amenities that were listed were available & plus some (robes, plenty of towels, supplies for dishwasher/washer/dryer, seasonings, etc.). Delicious caramels were a nice treat!! Had trouble finding the dumpster to dispose of trash but just a phone call/text and they quickly responded with help. We plan to come back and would recommend it to family and friends.

Summer Getaway

We came up for the second half of a vacation to see some of Montana and Yellowstone National park in July 2020. We loved the property and the meticulous considerations for guests while staying at the cabin. They basket of cleaning supplies, including clothes and dishwasher detergent were definitely a big help to us. As a family of five we tend to dirty a lot of clothes and dishes (LOL)! I was also very appreciative of the complimentary robes for before and after the hot tub. These provided comfort as the temperatures at night were as low as the mid 40’s. The beds were cozy and spacious, in addition to updated appliances for cooking use in the kitchen. Two of of the three nights we were gifted with the sight of beautiful rainbows in the sky, and we fell more deeply in love with the cabin and MONTANA!

Broken Dishwasher / Poor Communication

There was little to no communication about check in etc. and it was very hard to get someone on the phone to assist or to even return a call or email. Overall the area is nice, but there is an abundance of construction occurring at all times. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and filled with stagnant, stinky water. Pictures made the place look much larger. Master bathroom was almost too small to turn around in. Very cramped floor plan.

Great getaway

I visited this property with my husband, sister and brother in law. We had originally planned a trip to Canada but due to COVID we were unable to go. We desperately wanted to getaway so we planned a last minute substitute trip to Big Sky! We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had an amazing week staying in this cabin. It is small for 3 rowdy young boys but nicely laid out and very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the best and the location was amazing.

The view was amazing! Went with another couple for a weekend of skiing and the cottage was adequate (although you could hear EVERYTHING from either bedroom) with nice ski in and ski out access. We learned we needed a vehicle because Moonlight Lodge does not offer free transportation and there isn't a mountain shuttle that is accessible. The Lodge charges $25/day to use the facilities and have access to their shuttle. Big point to know: Once you pay the $25 fee and want the shuttle service, it costs another minimum $20 to use the service plus the drivers' tip. When we ate in the Lodge, the tip AND "fee" were already included in the bill (we had a party of 4). I have never been to a resort where the fees just added up faster and faster every time I turned around! We had a good time but will not stay here again. Also, the cabin was worn. Some maintenance is necessary.

Beautiful cabin, great management

Overall the cabin was great. It was immaculately clean, we were provided everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The ski in / ski out was easy and communication from the management company was excellent. My only complaint was that there was zero soundproofing between the 2 bedrooms. I could understand every word the people in the other bedroom were saying, even if they were just talking in a normal tone of voice. Overall though, great place!
