    What You’ll Love:
    This home is all about views, light, and space, paired with thoughtful separation that gives everyone room to unwind. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping mountain scenery, filling the living areas with natural light and bringing the outdoors in. The entire top floor is dedicated to the private Primary Suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a quiet seating area at the landing, an ideal retreat for mornings with coffee or evenings to unwind in total privacy.

    On the downstairs level, the home becomes a hub for gathering and entertainment. A spacious den features a large flat-screen TV, a selection of board and card games, and dedicated workout space with free weights and gym equipment. Plus, with white-water rafting, fly fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, and pickleball all less than 15 minutes from the home, the possibilities for adventure are endless.

    Ski Accessible:
    Located in the beautiful Beehive Basin neighborhood of Big Sky, this home offers excellent ski access without being fully ski in/ ski out. Guests can take a short walk to the nearby residential lift, which provides direct access to Big Sky Resort. Skiing back is even easier, with designated cat-tracks guiding you to the top of the road, with a short ski back to the home. For beginner skiers or snowboarders, or groups with mixed ability levels, the main base area is just a quick 10 minute drive away, ensuring everyone can enjoy the slopes at their own pace.

    Perfect for Groups or Families:
    This home is thoughtfully designed for groups and families who value both shared experiences and private retreats. The layout offers natural separation across levels, allowing guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying their own space.     Please note that this home currently only has radiant heat, but will have full central as well after the unit if completed, and there is no air conditioning, as it is typical in Montana. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the cool mountain air by opening windows to keep the home comfortable. The home is equipped with heat for the cooler months, ensuring a cozy stay year-round.

    You’ll enjoy easy, secure entry with an electronic smart lock, making check-in and check-out simple and seamless. This home sits on a quiet road just off Lone Mountain Trail and includes a private attached garage with internal access, offering plenty of space for ski gear in winter and hiking gear in summer. A mudroom and laundry room complete the level, making it easy to manage gear and daily needs.

    The lower level functions as a second living area, ideal for additional guests. Three bedrooms are located on this floor, including a queen guest bedroom 2, and a king guest bedroom 1, and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-twin bunk and a second twin-over-twin bunk with a twin trundle, perfect for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. One of the queen bedrooms includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, dual vanity, and heated flooring.

    Also on this level is a generous den with a large flat-screen TV, a selection of board and card games, and dedicated workout space with free weights and gym equipment. From the den, step directly outside to the private lower patio, where outdoor seating and the hot tub await.
