“The Hotel was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly!!! My only suggestion is that the toilet seats should be ADA height compliant.... other than that, no complaints”

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard. Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive. “Our favorite place to stay when in the area. The cottages are so clean and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need and so bright with the windows. We love them! Haven't rented a room on the water yet, because we prefer the cottages. So peaceful and even the grounds are well maintained! Staff are always pleasant and very helpful. An upgrade on the loveseat would be my only negative. When made into a bed, the head of the mattress sinks into oblivion, lol. Very minor issue, but would make sleeping...
