“The property is old and needs to be updated. We turned the heater on and the sulfur smell n the room was disgusting. Will never stay there again. The staff was great it had nothing to do with them.”

The staff at the Homewood went above and beyond anything we could ask to accommodate our large group, allowing us to socialize in the breakfast room late into the morning hours and again the entire next morning til everyone had to depart to catch flights and take long drives home. Our sincere thanks to all of your staff. You can be proud of the team you have in Billings.”

“We had a kitchenette and made it very good for making meals in your own room. The breakfast in the lobby was so so. The waffle batter was out, and oatmeal was congealed .”

“The room was excellent, but the door would not latch. They had to move us to another room. I particularly liked the HVAC the Hyatt has. It is more of a traditional HVAC system rather than a through the wall that is in most hotels. You don't get air blowing on you like you might with a wall unit. The room was very comfortable and we used the laundry that was on site. It happened to be on our floor which was a big plus. The breakfast was great as well. We had a problem with checking since...

“The bed was even more comfortable than our home bed. Loved having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. A nice spacious bathroom and tge entire property was very clean. Last but now least, the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that's passing through.”

“Nothing did not feel comfortable, doors slamming at all hours of the night. People very loud in the hall way. The dog could not settle. If having a family with you I do not recommend this hotel.”
