Custer Cottage / Fenced Yard

Welcome to the Custer Cottage, an updated 1947 home in the heart of Billings, Montana. This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms: a king, queen, and 2 twin beds—perfect for families or groups. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to dine in, while the living room with a smart TV and an upstairs kids’ area offer spaces to relax. Enjoy the fenced backyard and on-site laundry during your stay. Ideal for exploring Billings or unwinding in comfort, this is your perfect home away from home!

KITCHEN & DINING
Our galley style kitchen has a gas range and is equipped with everything you could need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals with quality cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Enjoy coffee each morning with our coffee bar setup that includes drip coffee, French press, and tea kettle. The breakfast bar seats four comfortably and a small kitchen table has room for two.

LIVING ROOM
Kick back and relax in the high quality furniture! We've included throw pillows and blankets to make sure it is cozy. The 65 inch smart tv is mounted and has all of the streaming apps downloaded. Bring your own logins!

BONUS LIVING ROOM
A smaller living room is upstairs as well with a 65 inch smart tv. The kids can enjoy their own area with toys and a Nintendo 64 hooked up to the TV. Games included are Goldeneye 007 and Mario Cart!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
King Bedroom
The king room is on the main floor and has an attached bathroom with toilet & sink.

Queen Bedroom
The queen bedroom is upstairs next to the bonus living room.

Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is on the main floor.

BACKYARD
Fenced backyard. Great to keep pets in and provides for a private area to enjoy the fresh Montana air.

Guest access
The entire home is available. There is a shop & shed area that is not accessible.

Home was very clean, updated and welcoming. Beds and furniture are comfortable. We had to cut our visit short due to an emergency, so we were only able to stay one night. I could not find a way to communicate this to the owner on the website as the link to do so, did not direct me properly. Luckily, the owner reached out to me via email later on the evening we had to leave, so I was able to let him know that we had to leave early. I only wish we could have spent more time there as it was a very nice place to stay. I do not expect to get a refund, because it was not the owner's fault that we had to leave, but it would sure be nice to get some kind of credit toward a future visit due to our unfortunate circumstances. Just wishful thinking. I wish I had taking a picture of the hugest spider I have ever seen, inside the window of the laundry room. The next morning the spider was gone, so I was a little freaked out. Where did it go? Just letting the older know in case he would like to spray for spiders.

Great experience!

This house was perfect for my family when we were in town for a wrestling tournament. The hosts were wonderful to work with, so friendly and very quick to respond whenever I needed to reach out. The house was so clean when we arrived. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. I loved that everything was labeled as to where it was located. It was also so nice as they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make up remover wipes. They also had laundry stuff if you needed to do laundry. And it is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!! Thanks for the great stay!

The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities The back yard was perfect for our two small dogs. The bed was super comfortable We also appreciated the central location which was close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we return to Billings

Very clean and so cute!

My family and I stayed two nights at this adorable house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was great! Would definitely recommend staying here!
