Come relax and unwind in this large home in a quiet Billings neighborhood. Perfectly situated for a family or gathering with open family room and fully stocked kitchen. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Downstairs hosts a large den with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full laundy and a bonus study. Smart TVs throught the house. Dining room opens to a large deck with seating, BBQ and fenced yard. Mature trees provide shade and privacy.

The property was spacious, clean, quiet and well stocked with a personalized greeting. There was 6 of us and we never felt crowded in any way.... Great deck and a BBQ that was well used.

This was a wonderful property to stay at. It was a little away from our shopping but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again.

Most importantly our host, Patrick, was very responsive to changes and challenges that we had to unexpectantly adapt to. His Billings Vrbo was very accommodating to the six of us in our 60's and 70's. We enjoyed a social evening at this Vrbo after a full day of travel and meetings. Jim B

We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen has a lot of cooking equipment, sharp knives and a quiet dishwasher. The bedrooms have blackout curtains that allowed us to sleep in. The laundry room had supplies so we were able to do unexpected laundry. And the lighted deck was a magical ending to each day! Thank you, Patrick, for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed meeting multiple family members at this cute house in Billings. There were 3 children under 5 in our group & the house worked well for all of us. There was a child gate for the stairs. The trampoline was a big hit in the fenced in yard. The house was also close to a splash park. I would recommend!

This was a perfect house for our Montana family reunion. I absolutely loved sitting on the back porch early in the morning enjoying my first cup of coffee. It was beautiful and peaceful before the busy days of family fun. I highly recommend this location for any family event. Great hosts👍

My family of 4 from New Jersey, along with my sister and her family from Missoula, met here in Billings to visit with our parents. With 7 adults, there was plenty of room to spread out, as well as sit and have meals together! This house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is very convenient with stores, parks, and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute drive. The decorative lighting in the outdoor spaces was a nice touch! We absolutely LOVED staying here and will definitely stay here again!

My mother and sister were in Billings for Mother's Day. We stayed at this property and could not have asked for anything more! It was big and bright and very clean. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. The little touches like snacks and a welcome note were lovely. Check in was super easy and communication was well above average. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Billings.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with. The house itself was so clean, beautifully designed, huge, and very kid friendly! We were so thankful for the pack and play, baby gate at the top of the stairs and the fantastic family room downstairs in the spacious basement. Our toddler had so much fun safely playing on the oversized couch and bean bag chair for hours. They had everything you would need in the kitchen and even included snacks and hot cocoa! The fenced yard was beautiful and huge, we hope to stay again in the summer with our pup. Highly recommend! We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years and this was one of the cleanest and well maintained.
