  • Vista meravigliosa * Decorato di recente * Fresco e leggero! Una delle due migliori viste sulla spiaggia delle Ville! Letti comodi, arredamento di buon gusto sulla spiaggia, atmosfera accogliente e 2 balconi che si affacciano sulla spiaggia e sul golfo! Perfetto per 2 coppie o un gruppo di amici.

    327 è uno dei due condomini che si affacciano sulla spiaggia e hanno una vista superiore sulle sabbie rilassanti e sull'acqua da entrambe le camere da letto, i 2 balconi e la parete di vetro dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno. L'arredamento è organizzato in modo da poter affrontare quella vista piuttosto che voltarti le spalle.

    Le pareti sono il grigio più tenero con rifiniture bianche nitide. Il soggiorno ha un morbido tappeto blu e bianco in cui puoi affondare le dita dei piedi mentre guardi la TV da 50 pollici o scegli di perderti nella splendida vista sulla spiaggia. I dipinti e l'arte della parete riflettono tutti il tema rilassante della spiaggia.

    La sala da pranzo continua i colori tenui della spiaggia e l'arredamento. Che posto fantastico dove mangiare il pescato del giorno da quella spedizione di pesca d'altura!

    La cucina è in stile galea con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, banconi in granito e pentole ispirate allo chef. È completamente fornito e ha tutti gli elettrodomestici che ci si aspetta, inclusa una nuova lavastoviglie.

    La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size in una grande suite principale e comprende una sedia da lettura posizionata proprio per poter vedere la spiaggia mentre ti rilassi a leggere. C'è una TV a schermo piatto per il tuo divertimento. L'ampio bagno principale dispone sia di una grande vasca da bagno che di una cabina doccia separata con doppi lavandini nella toeletta. Non perdere il balcone privato!

    La camera ha un letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto e un proprio balcone. Puoi guardare il sorgere della luna sulle acque del golfo e vederlo riflesso sulle dolci onde. Il bagno adiacente ha una combinazione vasca-doccia.

    E a completare il condominio c'è l'armadio della lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice: dobbiamo lavare tutti i nostri costumi da bagno!

    Le ville hanno il cortile più grazioso della costa! Una piscina a forma libera, sedie a sdraio, tavoli per mangiare o giocare a carte, un grazioso gazebo e griglie a gas sono tutti lì per il tuo divertimento immediato!

Weekend get away

Highly recommend the Sea Breeze, easy assess, clean, beautiful, The host was exceptionally informative as well as answering questions in a timely manor. The View was spectacular, the sunrises were wonderful to see sitting on the balcony with coffee. The beach side and Gulf views were amazing. Both pools were beautiful, clean and family friendly. The kitchen was extra nice, spacious,and very clean. Thanks to the Host for making our weekend one to remember. Most definitely would return. To the owners you have a beautiful condo and the interior was absolutely beautiful.

Maintenance and Cleaning Needed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location across from the beach with many restaurants and stores close by. It has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which both are comfortable. It has a washer/dryer and full kitchen, two balconies, one has furniture on it facing the Gulf. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. However, the condo needs serious maintenance and cleaning. Electric outlets are taped to the walls, some push in so far, it's a fire hazard. The master bath shower door hasn't been cleaned in months (couldn't see through the soapscum), bath mirror had something sprayed and streaked on it but never wiped off, air return vent was filthy, toilet seat in extra bath was about to fall off and the worst thing is when we closed the curtains the first night, huge termites were everywhere on the walls, windows and curtains. We had to scramble to find a store open at 10pm to get ant/bug spray. You have to go about 10 minutes out of your way to pick up and drop off keys; they really need keyless entry on this condo. The furniture was well appointed, beds were comfortable and we had ample room. The management company really needs to be inspecting these properties once the cleaning crew is done. The condo has a lot of wear and tear in it that needs to be attended too. This could be a 5* property if it was better maintained. I only give it 2.5*'s with it's current situation. I sent an email to PRM the day after we arrived to let them know all the issues but no one ever responded.

I'm in the maintenance industry and your elevator service company should have been called out, I know it was a holiday weekend and the cost would have been more, but your guest should not be inconvenienced because of cost. I had to bring a heavy ice chest down three flights of stairs, because all of my guest left Sunday. This was very hard on my back. I would like some type of refund for my inconvenience, I feel the maintenance department should have called out the elevator company the minute the elevator went out, even though it was a holiday weekend.

Reviewer Comments: Our check in was easy(except for not knowing about the elevators until our 2nd day), the condo was so nice and clean, and very convenient to everything we had planned for our short stay. I would however recommend more linens and some throw blankets for the living room. When you are sunburned or come in from the heat and shower, it can get kind of cool in the condo, we had to watch tv in bed one early evening just to use cover.Overall good stay and would return!
