First day, tub wasn't draining and ac was leaking water into room. I spoke to the front desk and they said they'd have maintenance take a look. They also asked I I wanted turn down service that day, I said yes. We came back to the room later that day, around 8:30pm...no turn down service, tub was draining better and the ac was no longer leaking into the room. However, we noticed the room wasn't cooling off. The ac fan was in but the compressor wasn't running. I also noticed that the ac wasn't leaking outside like it was supposed to either, like every other ac there. I imagine, maintenance simply disconnected the compressor as their fix for the leak instead of actually fixing it. No compressor means no cold air, basically it's just a lot window Dan now and it was hot.i called the front desk, they could only offer to switch rooms....not an enjoyable task at 9pm after a long day with kids. I received another room key, no offer to help move bags, no offer of a luggage trolley, nothing. We had to move ourselves from the front of the hotel to the back at 9pm ourselves with two small children.
For$250/night this hotel was so disappointing, we will never stay at a quality in again.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's directly across the road from the beach. But for $250/night, we could have stayed at Margaritaville.
