Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Ich habe es als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren durch den Harz genutzt. Für Wanderer ist es ein sehr guter Punkt für Wanderungen.

“Superfint och mysigt, magisk miljö och så mysikt hotell! Dock hade ej barnen lakan/påslakan/örngott så vi fick ta in eget som vi hade med oss (vi checkade in efter 22.00 och ingen personal var på plats och kunde hjälpa oss). Ingen wow frukostbuffe, men helt ok ändå. Men skulle absolut kunna åka tillbaka med den miljön!

Atmosfæren var dæmpet og MEGET imødekommende.Personalet gav gode råd om spisesteder og gav os et bykort ved ankomsten, som gjorde det let at starte ferien uden praktiske problemer.I det hele taget følte vi os velkomne og det var let at slappe af på hotellet.”

Ristorante con buona qualità di cibo. Buona colazione. Pulizia del bagno molto buona, la stanza nella media. Parcheggio a livello strada, oltre al parcheggio interrato.
Cosa non va: nelle stanze manca un supporto per mettere la valigia, ma lo spazio ci sarebbe. Angolo cottura molto sporco e con presa a muro molto ballerina; manca una presa elettrica facilmente accessibile accanto al letto.

"I've been there multiple times. The hotel is fine, it's easy to reach, personnel is kind and helpful.
BUT this time i had an electric car.
The hotel has 5 chargers in the underground parking, all was free looking in the app, then i arrived just to find 5 petrol cars parked there and the staff had no way to locate owners.
There's even a sing "reserved to electric cars under charging".
In any other place a situation like that would've simply seen those cars removed.
But here i was 1 and those were 5 clients, so i had to park on the street at 300 mt. while charging with another post.
I'm sorry, but this is NOT how to manage the situation.
Keeping aside the idiocy of those car owners, if the staff doesn't enforce the reservation for those who need to charge they should simply remove the chargers.
Then i could plan otherwise.
Or AT LEAST, if you have massively more clients with gas cars than el-cars, give permission to park under the note that if an el-car arrives they had to move: you keep a phone number and there we go.
