“ホテルの対応はいつも丁寧で親切でした！何度かお願いしたマッサージの予約も助けて頂き感謝申し上げます。年末年始で両替が不可の際も個人的に両替して頂き有り難く思います!子供たちもホテルの中では常にリラックスしていつも笑顔で過ごす事ができました！また到着翌日にスーパー買い出しもシャトルバスで送ってもらいスーパーの会員カードまで貸して頂きホッコり致しました！子連れでの海外旅は初めてで不安な中、ホテルスタッフの優しさに触れて家族皆がリラックスして過ごす事ができました！ホスピタリティ溢れるホテルです。子供たちはここで暮らしたいと言ってました（笑）沢山の思い出をありがとうございます!”
