SPA senza personalità (un locale adibito sia a spogliatoio che sala massaggi), ottime le piscine anche se alcune volte risultavano non adeguatamente pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia delle camere sufficiente, cambio lenzuole 2 volte a settimana. Bagni grandi con vasca e doccia, (manca bidet). Ristorante curato con piatti a volte troppo...

The setting is bucolic, peaceful and yet close to wonderful locations on the northwest coast. Pollenca is our favorite town by far. This is one of those few places that demand a return visit. Mi sono fermata per 9 notti e su 9 giorni la camera è stata pulita in maniera frettolosa almeno 5 volte. I letti a volte non erano rifatti in modo completo. “Una decepción. Lugar desatendido. La mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie para resolver dudas o solicitudes. Cuando si estaban, nada amistosos. Baño de la piscina siempre cerrado con llave, a pesar de haber solicitado que lo dejaran abierto para no tener que ir hasta la habitación. Limpian las mesas del desayuno con la misma bayeta que los cojines de las sillas. Se percibe mucha desgana en el poco personal. ”
