“All was nice and smooth! Friendly and professional staff, since the moment I jumped in for the check-in. The place is lovely and clean. The room was clean too, comfortable and bright. The area is quiet and silent. I couldn't spot restaurants or shops nearby, it's pretty much a nice residential area cloese to TU Delft and not very far from the city centre. “hotel datato, la stanza sottotetto dove sono stato sistemato - double superior era piccolina, con la moquette (!!!!!!), uno dei termosifoni non funzionava e non ha mai funzionato, nel bagno si sentiva un odore pessimo. avvertito il personale ha mandato la cameriera a pulire il bagno con prodotti chimici che hanno - addirittura - peggiorato la situazione. la prossima volta andrò da un'altra parte......... ”

“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as...
