Living on the first floor, stepping right out into nature: Our ground-floor apartments feature a living room with a sleeper sofa, as well as a sitting and dining area, from which you can step out onto your own terrace overlooking Lake Schmachter. The separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) is right next door. In the fully equipped kitchenette—complete with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle—you’ll find everything you need for self-catering. An additional storage room provides space for luggage and beach gear.
Right outside the door lies Lake Schmachter—a biotope home to numerous plant and animal species and the tranquil counterpart to bustling Binz. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the beach.
