“The hotel was good overall, especially for a one-night stay. The amenities like free breakfast were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was a big plus, and the location is excellent—surrounded by plenty of stores and great restaurants.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The elevator was quite slow, and the room —particularly the bathroom—showed some signs of wear that were hard to miss.

“Check in was at 3:00 room was ready at 2:15 but we were not allowed to check in until 3:00 unless we paid a 25 dollar early check in fee.
Air conditioner did not work in our room so they moved us to a 2nd room where the toilet would not flush. Went to use washroom in the lobby only to find out to late thst it was out of toilet paper. Went to wash my hands and all soap dispensers were empty. I would not reccomend this hotel.”
