“Have stayed there bfr. Everything went good. Except this time. Room was loud by the air fan exchanger at night. Hard to sleep. And the shower was leaking pressure was slow. Other then that great place to stay ”

“I walked in and walked back out of this property. The “comfort queen double room” picture was NOTHING like what I seen. Concrete walls, no windows, and things falling off the walls. There is a liquor store with people constantly in and out of the hotel. There was a bar with 4 different songs playing at once. And the hotel was filled with cigarette smoke. I got my refund through Expedia, but the hotel charged my credit card again (even though I already pre-paid). I got my damage deposit back, but...

“Unfortunately we were surrounded by kids during our stay so not a peaceful day to be had. Room is not bad, a mattress needs to be changed in one of the beds, it was awful. Had a maid decide she was going to vacuum at 10 pm! Went for Prime Rib special in the restaurant, it was very good. Staff were excellent. Overall. You get what you pay for. It's a reasonable rate so was willing to set aside certain things. ”

The room was 85 degrees with a broken thermostat and not fixed after muktioke complaints and even a request to be movedbtoba different canad inns until 2nd day. Had to walk from 2nd floor to basement to access pool even though theres pool access on the 2nd floor but is kept locked. No ELEVATORS. Left key at desk with hubbies name on it since he was arriving very late, only to be woken up at 1:47 am by desk clerk for...

“Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors.”
