The living room is built for downtime, with soft sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for winding down after a day out. The dining room seats six round a marble table, and room-darkening blinds in the bedrooms mean you can sleep in without the morning light. Wi-Fi runs throughout, so keeping in touch is easy.

• Bathroom: Shower over the bath, with towels and toiletries provided.

Location
This corner of Halesowen sits in a quiet residential pocket of the West Midlands, with bus routes running right along Hagley Road. There is plenty of green space, pubs and golf within a short drive, and the city centre is close by. Here are a few local spots:

Good to Know Before You Book
Access to the bedrooms is by stairs, so this suits guests who are comfortable with steps. The one bathroom is shared across the whole property, with a shower over the bath. Parking is on the road out the front in resident bays and cannot be guaranteed. Check-in is from 3pm using a smart lock, with the code shared on the morning of arrival, and check-out is by 10am. Pets are not allowed. There are noise and air monitoring systems in the property, and loud music, parties or indoor smoking will result in removal without refund.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
