Free on-street parking is available approximately 15 metres from the property. An EGO petrol station is on the same street, offering competitively priced fuel.

To maintain the peaceful nature of this residential block:
NO PARTIES: We use Minut noise monitoring technology.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: No more guests than the number stated on the booking are permitted on the property at any time.
SMOKING: Not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoking is only allowed outside.
PETS: Allowed with prior notice and an additional pet fee. Please contact us before booking if travelling with a pet.
SECURITY: The building has a secure video entry system and communal lift access. CCTV cameras are located in the corridors outside the flats, within the building, but not inside any flat.
DEPOSIT: A refundable £500 security deposit may be required depending on your booking method.
VERIFICATION: ID verification required via Guest Portal.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 10:00.
