Arden House is a modern, recently fully renovated deceptively spacious home from home, with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. We aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.

The house has been designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will experience luxury throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows and duvets; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will required. Appliances include: induction hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer - dryer machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The king size bed bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. The single bed is a small size suited for those less than 170cms. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

In the lounge, there is a 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview that you can watch whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofa. We provide super fast WiFi 220Mbps that extends throughout the house. There is an additional desk work space guest can use in the lounge. As well as the bedrooms, there is a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two at the far end of the lounge. The dining room has a large elegant table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace.

You can relax and unwind in the privately fenced and spacious garden. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take in the view at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the Rattan furniture.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, and biscuits are provided. The front drive can accommodate 1 vehicles (no height restrictions), with additional on road parking.

Solihull town centre, shops, restaurants & supermarkets are 12 minutes away, whilst Birmingham City Centre is a 15-minute drive. The NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport are a 11-minute drive away. Only a 9-minute drive away from the M42 & 8 minutes Jaguar Land Rover. The Tesco supermarket is only a 3 minute drive down the road.

Solihull hospital and Birmingham Heartlands Hospital are a 9-minute drive away.

Arden House would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays.

Attentive host, good location, spacious

Overall great location for driving to many excellent sites within 40 min. Host was very responsive and prompt in tending to our requests for assistance (issue with hot water, some supplies needed re-stocking such as soap in one of the bathrooms), and quick to answer any questions. Very much appreciated the video instructions for check in and house appliances! House was spacious, and generally clean, although the property is in need of some TLC as it must have had quite a bit of use since refurbished (not quite as bright as the photos). Quiet neighborhood, pleasant backyard, so glad to have a driveway for parking and an excellent washer/dryer! Good spot for extended stays.
