“everything went very well with check-in. when I opened the door to my room, there was plaster crumbles on the floor. It was from a terrible storm the previous day that leaked into my roof, on the 4th floor. The man at the desk sent housekeeping to vacume it immediately! she was off work, I think, but very good attitude.very good, all of them. ”

“The young man at the front desk was absolutely the kind of person you want representing your company. Very kind and thoughtful. Should think about giving him his own unit to run ”

“It was a great experience. The only issue I had, was a tiny leak running down the door jam in the bathroom. It was running onto the floor. I put the bath towel down, to contain it. It didn't last long but it happened twice, so I didn't mention it. In Room #104. Otherwise the room/hotel was very clean & quiet. ”
