There is a private parking space for one car and plenty of free on-street parking.
The bus stop is less than 5 mintues away

Guests are required to complete our rental agreement, provide ID and pay a non-refundable damage waiver, an alternative refundable damage deposit is available upon request.

We are so close to Birmingham airport that you can almost feel the aeroplanes taking off and landing, it is amazing, although can be a bit noisy.

The enclosed garden is slightly overlooked, although I have never seen anyone looking!
The maximum number of people in the property is 8.

There is a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING policy. The property is equipped with with extrelmely sensitive noise and motion sensors, if this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
