The Space:
This elegant one-bedroom apartment is designed to a high standard, offering stylish furnishings, modern fixtures, and ample space for up to two guests to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Wolverhampton. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The bright and spacious double bedroom provides plenty of storage, a large window, and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel-quality linen. The sleek bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Church Street in Central Wolverhampton, the city and its attractions are within easy walking distance. Wulfrun Shopping centre is just a 5 minute walk, home to high street brands and a choice of bars and restaurants. Wolverhampton Molineux Stadium is just a 20 minute walk away. Wolverhampton Art Gallery and the Grand Theatre are both within 15 minutes walk. There is also a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes walk away.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is easily accessed on foot. There are a number of busses servicing the nearby main road, and Wolverhampton train station is just a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Bed has no mattress - uncomfortable sleep

Decent location close to bus/train; walking distance for grocery and a quick Uber to eat costs around 8 pounds. When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. It’s a bargain for the money if the mattress and clean sheets were provided.
