“My goal was to visit Castles and see the countryside!We purposely selected this place for the fact it was kinda in the middle of Ireland, from where we would make day trips. It worked wonderfully! Our other purpose was to be away from Dublin and meet what I guessed would be the true Irish. Very Close by was a fantastic Pub, and restaurant. We stayed a week here. Safety was of no concern on this trip. The people were wonderful and the food fantastic. We visited 7 castles while here, and went...

“I have to preface this with an *. I had booked the gardener's cottage but there was some sort of booking mishap and the cottage was double booked. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. I would have like the solitude of the cottage, but I am not upset as I had a lovely time. You should most definitely get dinner. The food was exceptional. “The directions to the apartment were very clear as were the instructions on entry. The place was immaculate and was more than we could have imagined. The welcome pack of food and wine was outstanding as was the hot tub. In fact the facilities were first class and very comprehensive. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it immensely and as our son lives in Nenagh this will be our preferred accommodation when we visit again. ”
