“The room was dirty, very dingy, the remote didn’t work, the fridge was nasty just everything. The worst extended stay I have ever been at. I only stayed one night and got the refund back for the rest of my money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ”

“The lady that checked me in & other staff was very nice. The room smelled like smoke (it was the drapes) - Was a basic, inexpensive room close to the Airport that is walking distance to restaurants. Room had a fridge & Micro. Nothing special - but staff was nice & that made the difference to me.”

“they told me and my husband that we were smoking in the room , however we always...always smoked outside in the evening as we were not in in during the day; they throw us out...after three days, and no refunds..they did not let us speak...they said they were going to call the policeeee!!!! The guy who spoke with me called me a drugatic and a bit u woman!!! I was speechless and I was not able to speak, they did not let us speak, they were saying to call the police. So at 9 pm we left the hotel...

“First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...

“This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. The staff and management showed zero responsibility or urgency. No one...

“Albergo cadente, sporco, poco luminoso, malgestito. La camera, grande ma nella quale i piedi appicicavano a terra per uno sporco mai ben pulito ,mancava di lampadine; è dovuto intervenire l' elettricista per riparare l' impianto e mettere le lampadine. A questo punto abbiamo guardato le recensioni a 5 stelle lasciate dai clienti e ci siamo accorti che tutti questi clienti che le avevano rilasciate non hanno mai fatto recensioni in località lontane dall'hotel. “It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!”
