“Our room was very clean. The couch and brd were comfortable. Our room was very spacious. The only thing our hair dryer didn't work, but the staff at the desk said he would get it replaced. They had a nice breakfast. Staff were all frienfly and helpful.”

There was roughly one‑sixth of an inch of dust coating nearly every flat surface in the immediate vicinity, which clearly indicated that basic housekeeping and hygiene standards were not being met.
