You can enjoy a lounge / TV area with WIFI as well as a dining area opening onto the balcony and its east-facing garden furniture, perfect for drinking your cocktails. Open to the living room, the kitchen area is fully equipped with microwave/grill, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A parking space is also reserved for the tenants of the apartment.
