Charming Quiet House for 4 - Close to Ocean Beaches - Terrace & BBQ - Linen & Cleaning Included

A stone's throw from the ocean beaches, we offer a small one-bedroom cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends.
Ideally located, you can walk to Vivier beach to relax on the beach or take surfing lessons, but you can also discover our cycle paths by bike.
In the house, on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living / dining room area with TV (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box), a 160 cm sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob , microwave, refrigerator, etc.) and a separate toilet for more comfort. Upstairs, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds for two people as well as a bathroom with WC.
Outside you have a terrace with garden furniture as well as a barbecue to enjoy your meals and enjoy the sunny days. Parking spaces available. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, walking on the beach during the sunset and other special places in our region. . A sunny vacation is waiting for you!

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region.
It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

-Absence de compartiment congélateur (pourtant obligatoire dans une location meublée… qui conseille le propriétaire ?!, merci pour les glaces que j’ai du jeter … - Ps: c’est un simple freezer, du coup on a hausser le truc et ensuite tout le frigo à congeler) -Grille pain HS et le plastique noir était bien cassé et visible,, micro onde rouillé, frigo pas du tout adapté pour 4 (on était deux mais l’annonce vends 4 places ?!) … -Qualité globale médiocre (parquet qui gondole, lino premier prix qui gondole, douche bancale, toilettes mal fixéss, lumière automatique dans les escaliers qui doit réveiller les gens si vous êtes plus de deux), lumière automatique extérieure qui reste allumée dix secondes, impossible de profiter après la tombée de la nuit, escalier mal posé (si un artisan m’avait fait ça j’aurai mis un procès …) -Ménage « inclut » mais clairement pas fait, toile d’araignée et poussières accumulées, graisse dans les tiroirs, plaids du canapé visiblement sale, sable à certains endroits … -ah oui et bien sûr on paye une agence mais c’est à nous de nous déplacer pour récupérer et ramener les clés à Biscarrosse (qui n’est pas forcément sur votre route, sympa !) Bref … pour presque 960€ (avec taxe de séjour et frais de service …) la semaine on peut trouver mieux. tiroirs

Location propre et bien agencée proche de la plage et des commerces ou animations mais suffisamment reculée pour être au calme et se reposer! Belle découverte de Biscarosse-Plage! Destination idéale pour les familles.
