Beautiful house in a quiet residential area.
Ground floor on 2 levels: entrance hall, fitted kitchen with central island (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood). Utility room with washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle. 1 master suite with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and toilet. 2 master suites, each with a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Lower level: access to the terrace, swimming pool, living/dining room, television, wood-burning stove. 1 master suite with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and toilet. On the 1st floor, the pirate dormitory features four single beds (90 cm) with a chest at the foot of each bed.
Outdoors: terrace, heated swimming pool from April to the end of October, garden furniture, deckchairs, and a gas barbecue.
Direct access to the private beach and lake.
Free access to tennis lessons upon reservation.
NO SMOKING. PETS NOT ALLOWED.
Sheets and towel sets included.
Additional services: baby bed and high chair, stroller, etc. Upon request.

Beautiful house with an annoying end

The house itself is very beautiful and furnished to make you feel at home. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well cleaned, the oven was dirty and the fridge was not clean either. Unfortunately, the rental agency did not respond at all to our comments. But much more annoying was that we discoloured our swimming costumes and silver jewellery in the pool. There was so much chlorine in the pool that we smelled the chlorine smell on our skin throughout the day and it did not leave our swimsuits even after washing. One friend reacted with red, swollen eyes. The rental agency did not respond to our verbal and written complaints. They told us that there was no chlorine in the pool and that others had not complained either. There were 9 of us and we all smelled chlorine and saw the discoloured swimwear. Even in Berlin after returning, you could still smell the chlorine in your clothes. The reaction of the agency is very annoying. There are certainly other houses to rent....
