Decorated as a warm and inviting home, this house is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The villa boasts a beautiful, fully fenced, landscaped garden of 1500m², planted with trees. At the entrance, there is a large automatic gate and an uncovered area for parking two cars. The 4x12m heated swimming pool (max 27 degrees Celsius) is secured by a roller shutter. A 70m² wooden deck surrounds the pool and includes sun loungers, a parasol, a pergola, and a storage box. During your stay, it is your responsibility to open and close the pool roller shutter. The presence of a parent and/or adult near children is essential when the pool is open. A pool technician will visit once a week during your stay to check the water quality. A large wooden terrace, part of which is covered, overlooking the garden is organized into three areas to help you make the most of your holiday: a lounge area with benches, a coffee table, and a parasol, ideal for aperitifs; a relaxation area with two sun loungers and a teak side table; and a dining area with a table for 6 to 8 people for lunches with family or friends, complete with a Lemarquier griddle and a serving cart. The villa is organized on two levels (first floor + 1st floor), perfect for stays with family or friends: On the first floor: - a large, bright living room with two sofas and a leather chaise longue, - an open dining room with a table for 6 people and seating, - a large, very well-equipped kitchen (pyrolytic oven, microwave, induction hob, retractable extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, blender, 3 sets of glasses, cookbooks, etc.) - an utility room (ice maker, stand mixer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, baskets, storage)
