“Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung.”

“Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Norbert war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Mit der Chiemseekarte konnten wir viel Interessantes unternehmen, wie z. B. das Mammutmuseum in Siegsdorf oder das...

"A positive experience under all points of view. Unfortunately, being part of a longer trip, I had only one night there and no breakfast due to strict time of trains. By the way, I found a very cozy room, big, clean and full of light, overlooking the street towards the central station. The hotel itself is new with anything you may need, with complimentary water and juices too. The location is superb, only a few minutes from central station and, if you want, about 15 minutes from city centre by foot. I'm sure this will be my choice when I have the opportunity to be back in Salzburg. In that occasion I will enjoy breakfast and common spaces too. Very happy to have known this hotel"

"The hotel is new and very well managed. It is modern and clean. We have benefitted from the hotel's automatic laundry and drying services. We had also the possibility to rend a Nespresso machine for a very low price. The hotel gives also the possibility to puchase the Salzburg card. The position is very close to the Salzburg main station from which you can travel by public transportation to all directions. The reception and clearning personnel was very kind with us. Adding a fridge in the rooms would help."

"La struttura è in ottima posizione, ma non è convenzionata con nessun parcheggio e non c’è un posto per bagagli, la cucina non ha un microonde o un piano cottura e quindi non è possibile cucinare nulla. Questo aspetto andava specificato chiaramente infine la pulizia era approssimativa."

"Camera tripla posta nel residence di fronte all'hotel, ampia, elegante, pulita e confortevole. Tapparelle comandate elettricamente, vista da due grandi finestre sulla strada centrale, ma comunque silenziosa. Ottima posizione, in realtà a ridosso del centro, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Bagno dotato di tutti i comfort (accappatoi e ciabatte comprese). Ottima anche la colazione, in un ambiente raffinato, curato da personale gentile e professionale. Unico neo, l'accoglienza. All'arrivo, l'addetta alla reception, impegnata al telefono e pc, non ci ha degnato nemmeno di uno sguardo, un cenno o un sorriso per diversi minuti (sicuramente più di 10). Intanto, dietro di noi si è formata una coda di tre famiglie. Al termine della telefonata non si è nemmeno scusata per l'attesa. Peccato per questo piccolo disappunto nel check in (check out diverso con personale gentilissimo), per il resto direi che sia stata un'ottima scelta, che consiglierei per un felice soggiorno a Salisburgo."
