“Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel. ”

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. “Very basic, not the cleanest, piles of rubbish outside entrance. Ended up leaving. Asked for refund still waiting for reply off duty manager. Stains and burns on carpet. ”

“At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Disappointed”
